The American Advertising Awards are a three-tiered national competition conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition for creative excellence. AAF-Central Texas is part of the national American Advertising Federation, the Unified Voice of Advertising. AAF protects and promotes the well-being of advertising through a unique, nationally coordinated grassroots network of advertisers, agencies, media companies, local advertising clubs and college chapters. Our mission at AAF-Central Texas is to “Build a stronger advertising community through education and networking by promoting advertising as an essential element of the Central Texas economy and culture.” Our goal is to help elevate the standards in the ad industry by creating a forum for professionals and students to communicate and share ideas.
