Abdul Subhani, Chairman is President & CEO of Centex Technologies IT Consulting Company which he founded in January 2006 with offices located in Texas and Georgia. He is Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control, Certified Internal Controls Auditor, Certified Internet Marketer, Certified Project Manage E-Business, Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist, Certified E-Commerce Consultant and FBI InfraGard Member.

 

 

Sonja Havens, Past Chairman, is an Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources for First National Bank TexasFirst Convenience Bank and Fort Hood National Bank.  She has been with the organization since 1981.Sonja’s current responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of both the HR Department and our Learning & Development team which together provide support for over 3,200 employees throughout the State of Texas, Arizona and New Mexico.She is also a Board Member for Central Texas Workforce Solutions and the KISD Education Foundation.   Additionally, she is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management. 

 

Jay Early, Vice Chair & Sector Chair, Organizational Advancement, joined Chick-fil-A in July 2010 and has been the Owner / Operator of the Killeen Chick-fil-A since opening in November 2010.  As the Owner / Operator the store has shown strong sales and built a solid connection with the community.  Jay and his team earned Symbol of Success in 2012, Chick-fil-A’s oldest business award.  In 2013 Chick-fil-A Killeen won Small Business of the Year from the Killeen Chamber.  Jay also serves as a member of the Killeen Rotary, and serves as the club president for the 2015-2016 term. 

 

Mark ChockranSector Chair Military Relations, graduated from Purdue University and has over 35 years of experience in the Automotive Industry. He is also a member of the Ft. Hood Chapter of the Association of the United States Army Board of Governors. All American Chevrolet prides itself on being a great community partner  and is active in many local activities. All American is also a passionate supporter of our Military. Mark was recently recognized for his efforts by Ft. Hood and was named a Ft. Hood Good Neighbor. All American Chevrolet has received the 2015 Large Business of The Year Award from the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce.
 

Dr. Marc A. NigliazzoSector Chair of Public Policy, began his appointment as the Inaugural President of Texas A&M University-Central Texas in July 2010. Bringing to the position a broad range of faculty and administrative experience at both two and four year institutions, he has served in many leadership roles within his profession, including presidencies at Galveston College, Temple College, and Arizona Western College.  He has also been actively engaged with numerous state and community boards and organizations.  He holds degrees in English from the University of Texas in Austin (B.A.), Texas A&M University in College Station (M.A.), and the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, Ph.D. 

TaNeika Driver-MoultrieSector Chair of Communications, is the Director of Development & Foundation for the Metroplex Health System.  She was born and raised in Illinois.  Since moving to Texas in 1997, she has truly invested in her community through outreach.  She is civic minded and loves giving back by serving.  She is happily married to Calvin Moultrie, Sr. and the mother of a baby girl, Caleena , and two boys, Calvin Jr. and Cedric. Fun Fact: She collects post cards from every state, country and island. 



Becky Holcomb, Sector Chair of Talent Development is a Senior Vice President and Lending Officer at First Texas Bank and has been with the organization for 28 years.  With over 34 years of banking experience as a community banker, Becky takes great pride in being a hometown girl and is very passionate about the community she serves. Becky also serves on the Board of Directors for the Killeen ISD Education Foundation, Law Enforcement Assistance Fund (LEAF), past member of the Exchange Club of Killeen and a Leadership Killeen Alumni. 

 

Jared Foster, Sector Chair of Place Design, is a native Killeenite that boomeranged back to town after many years living and working elsewhere. He is currently the Operations Manger at Killeen Power Sports, a full-service motorcycle dealership that offers Honda, Suzuki, Victory, KTM, Can-Am and Triumph motorcycles to the Central Texas area. In addition to serving on the Chamber board, Jared has also worked served on the Killeen City Council, with the Greater Killeen Young Professionals, and on the board of the Vive Les Arts community theater organization. A proud Aggie (class of 2004), Jared is also active with the Killeen-Fort Hood Area A&M Club.

 

Curt Gaines, Treasurer, is a Community Banker and Senior Vice President with Union State Bank.  Curt graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BBA in Finance and more recently from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.  Curt specializes in commercial real estate and construction lending and has been in the financial services field for just over 20 years. Curt serves on the board of Clements Boys and Girls Club as Treasurer and Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Texas as Secretary in addition to his roles on the Chamber and Killeen Economic Development Corporation boards. His hobbies include golf and participating in outdoors sports when possible. 

 

Meredith Viguers, Sector Chair of Business Development, is the Owner of Let Us Do The Cooking. She started this small business in her garage in 2006 and has seen it grow to become Central Texas premier catering company, recognized as the Small Business of the year in 2012. Meredith's desire is to continue to help the growth of the business community which has led to her most recent endeavor's of becoming a certified John Maxwell trainer, speaker and coach. Her specialty is empowering others to recognize, believe in and act on their potential to begin living the life they dream of. She is married to Jonathan, and the proud mom of three boys: Steven, Joshua and Brayden.

 

Peter Beronio, Sector Chair of Investor Services, CFP®,  is the Founder and Senior Partner of Beronio Wealth Planning Solutions in Killeen.  He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor and has been an active community leader for over 40 years.  A master of his trade, and a small business owner in his own rite, Peter understands the unique needs of the Chamber member and finds creative ways which members can leverage their Chamber investment to ensure a meaningful experience for their business.  Peter is a proud Rotarian and in his spare time he enjoys spending time on Lake Belton with his children and grandchildren.
