Carley Zepeda
Project Manager
Carley Zepeda is the Project Manager for the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce. She is from the small town of DeKalb, Texas and grew up with horses, so you could always find her at a rodeo every weekend from the ages of 8 years old to 18 years old if she wasn’t singing at the Oaklawn Opry in Texarkana, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University in Texarkana in 2014, and then moved to Austin for career opportunities. After meeting and marrying the love of her life, she settled down in Killeen so she could start a life with her husband. Soon after, she started working for the Greater Killeen Chamber, and she is very honored to be able to serve her new community!
During any free time, she always tries to make a trip to see her family. She loves going to flea markets and antique stores to see what she can find and enjoys taking the boat out to see what she can catch!
Do you have a favorite sports team?
I was born and raised a Dallas Cowboys fan!
Do you have any pets?
I have my Marley Jo back home, and she is my four-legged puppy child. Unfortunately, I was unable to bring her with me as she is used to roaming on my parents’ land and hunting as she pleases. She is always smiling and loves when I come to visit. I also have a horse, Jack Frost. He is an albino Palomino Quarter Horse, and I have had him since I was seven. I always make time to love on him when I go home as well.
